So Deepika's much talked about 'Dum Maro Dum' item number is out. The verdict? She looks great, and comfortable doing the number, which is fun and a touch raunchy. The song? Eh. Not really doing it for me. Your thoughts?
ETA: After listening to it about twenty times the song is starting to grow on me.

You know what? This was so kind of hyped, I'm a lil but underwhelmed, and I'm totally a Deeps fan.
BUT. I'm not gonna judge the song and dance bit out of context. Because I've been surprised before - I've felt like this before about songs, only to be blown away seeing them in the context of the film; and the reverese: I've loved songs and videos and then seen how they fit into films and been totally disappointed.
HAHA so TOTALLY sitting on the fence except to say I will definitely be seeing the film when it comes out!

I didn't get a lot of the hype about Deepika's bit...I mean, it's an item number, whatever. I know some people weren't thrilled about it but I think she's done a fine job in the little bit we're seeing now. I wasn't expecting her to turn into an item bomb overnight, that's not her style, but this is sort of fun and yes, it'll be interesting to see the bigger picture. :)
